1. Create your Account​

To create your ModelSmart Account, visit https://modelsmart.ca/ and press the Sign Up button to begin.

2. Fill in the Account Details​

Continue the account creation process by providing your name, email address and creating a password for your account

3. Create your First Property​

You're all setup and ready to begin using ModelSmart. You will receive a welcome email confirming your account has been created. Please refer to our Quick Start Guide and learn to create your first Property and Scenario.
