Submitting a Support Ticket

If you need any help or support while using the platform, you can submit a support ticket while logged into ModelSmart. To do so, follow the below steps:

  1. While logged into ModelSmart, press the gear icon and select Contact Us from the dropdown menu

  1. Fill out the contact form by selecting a reason for the support ticket, providing a title for the support ticket, a detailed description of your issue, and if applicable, please upload any screenshots or attachements that can help us assist you

  1. Select the Submit button to send us your support ticket

A member of ModelSmart's support team will contact you via email or phone to discuss your issue as soon as possible.
