Update Membership
Change your Membership Tier
If you are downgrading to a lower membership tier, you may be prompted to delete data in order to satisfy Property, Scenario and/or Report limitation associated with that membership tier. Deleting any Property, Scenario or Report is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting a Property will also delete all Scenarios and Reports associated with that Property.
Follow the below steps to upgrade or downgrade your membership:
- Press the
Membership
tab within settings - Press
Choose
for the desired tier of membership you want to change to
Your change in membership is effective immediately. Your billing will be updated to reflect your new payment rate.
Cancel your Membership
Follow the below steps to cancel your membership:
- Press the
Membership
tab within settings - Press select
Cancel your Membership
You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. You will still be able to use your account until the end of your billing cycle. This date can be found on the Payment History
tab.
You can reactivate your account anytime by logging in and updating your Membership and payment details.
