Payment Method & History

ModelSmart does not store or process any of your payment information. All payments are securely handled by our payment processor, Stripe.

Update your Payment Method​

Follow the below steps to update your Payment Method:

  1. Press the Payment Method tab within settings
  2. Press Update Payment Method which will redirect you to Stripe where you can change your payment method

Next Billing Date​

Follow the below steps to determine your next billing date:

  1. Press the Payment Method tab within settings
  2. Your next billing date is stated underneath the Payment History title as shown circled in the image below. This is the date at which your credit card / selected payment method will be charged.

View your Payment History​

Follow the below steps to view and download your payment history:

  1. Press the Payment Method tab within settings
  2. Press on the payment date you want to download the receipt for. You will be redirected to Stripe where you can download the invoice / receipt for the selected period
